Rice powder 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Saffron soaked in 2 tsp milk
Tutti frutti 2 tsp
Chop mixed dry fruits 2tsp
Sugar 1/4cup
Clarified butter 2tbsp
Directions
Take a wok add clarified butter hot then add rice flour roast in pinkish color then add all ingredients mix and cooked.
Then released sides then flame off.
Take a serving bowl put rice flour halwa garnish tuuti frutti and enjoy.
